Paid gift card balance will never expire. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.

Promotional gift card balance (pre-loaded) will expire 6 months from activation. Promotional balances cannot be combined on a single order. Limit one promotional balance redemption per person across all cards, unless with express written permission from Instapainting.com. Promotional value must be applied to orders $53 or more, and cannot be combined with any other discounts or offers.

Cards are activated when balance is checked at Instapainting.com, or when cash is loaded onto the cards. Promotional balances are not loaded until the cards are activated, and any offers for promotional balances can expire at any time before the card is activated.
