5/5 stars - The first question I ask myself when evaluating a person or a service is, “Would I use them again?” The answer with Cynthia is a resounding, “Yes!” The quality of her work is wonderful. She took an image that I already thought was quite good, and she improved almost every aspect of it: the lighting, the color, the composition. It is expressive and artistic. I commissioned a painting last year that turned out to be OK, but it was so photorealistic at first I actually thought it was a photographic print. Cindy created a lovely, gallery quality painting that looks like a painting. I took it into the frame shop this morning, and even the shop owner—who must see thousands of images every year—commented on what a superb piece of work it is. The other aspect of this project that was quite satisfying is that from the beginning, Cindy and I had a wonderful collaboration. She took an interest in the image and the story behind it. I have commissioned works of art before, and never have I had an artist do this. The previous experiences simply felt like “fee for service.” This did not feel that way at all. Early on she made some great suggestions that took a photo that felt just slightly touristy and made it a true work of art. When I first got the quotes on this project, Cindy was the most expensive. But I liked her work, and so I decided to go with her. I am so glad I did. I urge you to do the same. She will create something you will be proud to hang on the wall.

5/5 stars - Cynthia was professional and very flexible with the overall design of the photo while adding tasteful artistic recommendations. My family dog Luna came out much better then I had hoped, and it made my mom's Christmas! I plan on getting another in the future.

5/5 stars - This piece was exquisite and was the showstopper at the bridal shower for our Nephew. Details were captured better than I could have imagined. Our artist created this piece with a watercolor based oil paint as she had the common sense to take into account that traditional oil paint take months to fully dry. The previous painting I had ordered from a different artist used traditional oil paint and had already started to bleed out by the time it was delivered to my home. I will NEVER use anyone else for any future pieces.

She took the time and effort to go back and forth with me about every detail, and she made sure that I was aware of and happy with every step in the process. She grasped what I was trying to capture in the painting and took it to a level beyond. I can't recommend her highly enough!
