We usually finish paintings in about 7-15 days, and securely pack your paintings in professional art tubes if rolled, and bubble wrap and box if stretched.

3/5 stars - The artist was responsive and fast to respond, however I had major challenges, each time I asked for changes, she did one and ignored the others, on several occasions. Until I gave up. The final painting was appreciated but clearly an amateur and not a professional. Some things looked good, but overall the house looked crooked. For a moment, I thought Ms Wu delegated it to someone else, as Ms Wu paintings in her profile were very nice.
