2/5 stars - Please read my review before making your decision to purchase. While the final painting is beautiful, the overall experience was frustrating. Communication was nearly non-existent, and I later found out the artist, Sandiyart, was based in another country, which was never made clear up front. The order was marked as shipped, but there was no tracking movement for two weeks. With no responses from the artist and no way to reach anyone at the company besides email, I genuinely worried I had been scammed. For the price, not knowing what was happening along the way was stressful. When the painting arrived, parts of the paint had stuck to the packing material, pulling off two small spots that now need touch-up. If clear and consistent communication is important to you, this may not be the right fit. Would I work with InstaPainting and Sandiyart again? No.

5/5 stars - The painting turned out beautifully and my parents absolutely loved it as their 40th anniversary gift. A Heads up: there was some slight miscommunication at the start (I submitted a photo of the photo and the artist painted the table the photo was sitting on), so be careful if you are sending in a picture of a physical photo from a photo album or naything. I wish they had reached out to clarify beforehand, but they ended up being able to fix the issue and it still turned out beautifully.
