First, that I got my painting and I love it. The artist did an excellent rendition of my photo and took my adjustment request to heart. Second, that the customer service was excellent. When I had shipping issues, and the painting was lost, they had it repainted for me without any fee. Then, when the second shipment also didn't arrive and was returned to them, they upgraded my shipping at no cost and sent to again. It arrived safely and in perfect condition. This shows a commitment to customer service that goes beyond the common. They took the time to hear my concerns and I didn't have to talk them into action - when confronted with my issue, they offered the same solution I might have asked for - even more than I might have asked - with the final shipping issue. It was not remotely their fault that the post office could not figure out my delivery, yet they took ownership and resolved the concern. So, for both the quality of the painting and the quality of the service. I highly recommend Instapainting.
