Specific instructions will entail providing photo references. If you don't have one photo, you'll need to pull up reference photos for the artist for the specific things you want. You can find them online or even take the reference photos yourself. Simply using words to describe a whole painting will be insufficient, and that would involve the artist pulling reference photos for you anyways. It's better to come to the artist prepared with those reference photos you find yourself first.
