I'm looking for someone who can transfer a photo of 2 people into a black velvet painting. I'm actually looking for something rather cheesy - but a good representation of the photo. It's for a gag gift, and I think the classic "black velvet" painting could be great. I'm wondering if there's an artist who can paint black velvet?
