I would like a charcoal drawing of a picture that has a blue house in it. Would there be any way to tint the house blue with some kind of blue charcoal

We don't have blue charcoal. Can we use color pencil for the house? Joy

The charcoal color is Black , if require the color of house to be blue . we can do it color pencil drawing .
