★★★★★ • I'm giving this artist/team a 5/5 stars. I'd probably lean a little more towards 4.75 or so because I had one minor problem. At times I felt my instructions were misinterpreted but I'm being very nit-picky here. In the end I got everything I wanted and am very happy. The artist/team kept me up to date on the painting and even made multiple detailed revisions on it to make it perfect for me. I was skeptical at first. Being someone who doesn't have a single artistic bone in their body I was unsure of how revisions would even work or how plausible they were. I was also worried my initial idea wouldn't come across well, but the painting I got is truly great. I was also initially worried about if my painting would eve make it here in good shape and that the painting was durable. From the pictures I got it was hard to tell that the painting was painted on canvas, so for some moments I even had the crazy idea that my painting may have been painted on paper/poster board. Very silly, I know, but I all these bad thoughts were running through my head as this is the first time I've bought something like this. I was relieved to see the painting came rolled up nicely and wrapped in multiple layers of bubble-wrap, to keep the painting safe. The painting itself was also covered in a thin layer of plastic, as to keep the paint from rubbing off. It came in perfect shape! I would definitely recommend this team! Very happy!
